The structure principle of flake ice machine:

The flake ice machine consists of the following four parts. By having a rough understanding of the structural principles and names of each part, installation and future maintenance can be greatly facilitated.

1. Evaporator.

The evaporator is where the ice flakes are formed. The refrigerant in the refrigeration system exchanges heat with water through the inner wall of the evaporator, absorbs a large amount of heat, and rapidly cools the water flowing over the inner wall of the evaporator to a temperature below the freezing point, and freezes instantly.

2. Water supply circulation device.

The water supply circulation device includes a water tank, a water pump, a water supply pipe, a water diffuser, and a water receiving plate and a trough. The specific flow route of the water is: the water flow from the external water source enters the water tank, and there is a floating ball valve in the water tank to control the water level in the water tank. If there is too much water, the water tank will be drained from the overflow, so be sure to connect a drain pipe to the overflow to direct the water to the sewer system; the pump directs the water from the water tank to the upper part of the ice maker unit, from the upper water supply opening , pour the water into the water diffuser, and sprinkle it evenly on the inner wall of the evaporator from the water diffuser; some water freezes, and the unfrozen water falls along the inner wall of the evaporation bucket into the water receiving plate, flows along the water guide, and flows into the water tank for recirculation. .

1. The flake ice machine should be installed in a place far away from heat sources, without direct sunlight and with good ventilation.
